Hey everyone,
    
     Good news! Starting very soon, the ÃœberBots will be using the space in the Canton Shoppes (110 Albany Turnpike) that used to house Omni Fitness as our new practice space. With this new space comes new needs, and we need everybody’s help. Please donate supplies for our new bathrooms (such as paper towels or cleaning supplies) as well as art supplies for decorating the space (paints, brushes, etc.). Naturally, this new space will come with new rules that must be followed. We are now working in a public space and you will be representing the team more openly, so always follow these new rules. Moreover, a new safety form will be released that both you and your parents will need to sign before you can work here.
    
     The workers at the Canton Shoppes were very generous in donating this space to us. Please be courteous by shopping at stores and restaurants in this shopping center; especially February 26th, when our team will be having a fundraising event at Dish n Dat.
    
     As far as other updates, we have other events coming soon. March 21st is our fundraising demonstration at the Simsbury Stop and Shop. Please start saving all cans and other recyclables for this date, as we can exchange the receipts for money as well as other normal fundraising. The fundraiser at The Ninety Nine Restaurant will be March 25th. More information about all of these will be coming soon.
    
     Please continue to make an effort to attend every meeting. We are only a few days out from our first competition and there is a lot of work that needs to get done!
